The most solid information so far is 10 or 15 lb or whatever saddle/value plus the implication of -not breaking- in a 60 cm fall scenario, so like I said there's headroom that's not mbs. The other corroborating information is viewing the non-beefy construction of the gear loops. aligns with caritool's "load" which is what you hang off it, not its mbs and I suspect the caritool also has the headroom of surviving 60 cm fall carrying it's load

The neatest thing I've spotted so far is the caritool unloaded doesn't engage its wire gate, it only engages the nose notch under load! holy planned plastic deformation batman
