Brand/company Q's...Is Notch owned by Sherrill? What brands are worth/not-worth buying from?

And clogger ist still not CE certified...
Also, I agree with @theatertech87 our regulations are pretty messy at times, the rope wrench being the prime example.
Not being CE certified has actually been a deliberate move on our (Cloggers) part. We get frequent requests from EU/UK resellers as it is without the CE cert but we have struggled to keep up with demand from North America, Australia and New Zealand let alone doubling our market size again!. We are trying to grow our production in house and in a sustainable fashion. If we outsourced production, volumes of product would go up of course, but quality would inevitably go down (we have tried it before) and that is just not a risk we are willing to take.

Not going to say it will definitely happen but you never know what might happen after this virus blows over. If our current markets contract too much we may get to come and play in Europe as well which would be awesome. We know we exceed the relevant standards by some margin, it is just a matter of getting the official tests done.

Cheers

And the rope wrench still isn't resolved. From what I understand, now the only way to buy the rope wrench in europe is as a whole system... with rope and hitch and pulley. I used to think of Europeans as an advanced society.. now I just dont even care. There is way too much politics over common sense.
