Bikram Yoga

I know it's been mentioned before but check out the p90x routines, insane yoga section on one of the days too. It is a daily commitment!

I got this video a couple years ago and just started doing the routines a couple months ago. It has 3 different routines on the video. This is the 1st/easiest routine:

I definitely notice a difference in core strength and flexibility, but mostly it has helped my lower back ache.

I've never heard of bikram yoga before, sound interesting. Sweat out all the toxins. I might look into taking a class this winter.
 
There are several different yoga styles beside Bikram- I think that they are all beneficial: ashtanga, hatha, iyengar (sp?), rocket. I think doing something routine to stretch the muscles and calm the mind that we use everyday can benefit everyone.
 
Bikram is by far the best health and mind body workout you can
do, I had acl surgery and instead of rehab did bikram with current girl at the time,, It took more than a couple times for my body and mind to get used to but, the benifits are awsome, I challenge anyone two the thirty day challenge your body will thank you!!!
