C'mon Mark! What are you doing to me ? Next thing you know someone I've worked with or for is going to come on here and tell everyone that i am very professional on the job and that safety factors into my mantra way more than production does while knowing i loves me some production.....

Hey thrash, where was my death threat? I was going to have him wear his hard hat...... safety first of course !

Mark you obviously don't know justin very well... I am going to have to send him to NJ for a while, spend a few weeks on headsets with him and you will never be the same. Justin could turn a room full of Victoria secrets models into a series of gay jokes. I have spent over three years talking to him everyday and I can't look at a butt log or telephone pole without thinking of at least 5 gay jokes. II don't like it.
it took him over a year to finely understand no one in the company wants to see his package..
he is one very disturbed individual, I will say he loves tree work and has the skill and work ethic to back up most of what he says (tree work related that is, I can hardly understand most of his hateful posts), its just his ego and homophobia goes way too far, frighteningly far...

Okay, I guess I should explain my “death threat” as some of you would call it. It was no threat BTW.

Old Dirty talks extremely big and bad right?

So I respond, extreme big and bad with my heart eating response, which therefore pokes fun at his big and bad, but at the same time I show it’s not real and I add a bit of opposite with the word metaphorically ( of which I personally hate).

I hate it when “sophisticated” people try to act all pompous and use words like that. I also hate it when men try to act all big and bad (like old dirty).

So I combined the two things together, of which, I do not feel that I am either, but I put the two together to cancel themselves out.

I thought it was funny, I guess it was not understood.

Sooooo…..

David, no worries, I understood you and hopefully others did as well. There seems to be way too much tension on the Buzz these days. Lighten up guys, it's only tree work.

So X, when are you going to tell us what you have up your sleeve?

Naw David, that's not my style man. I don't have to butt kiss anyone here on TB, just calling it like I see it.

I like your work and your equipment too on your website. The older trucks look in really good condition and you obviously take great pride in them, as you should.

No, I'm not trying to butt kiss you either...just like what I see.

sorry, your opinion, my bad.

me, I think David would like to pull a Dahmer on OD and eat it with a nice Chianti and some Fava beans. I would sometimes.

Yup, I think you're right on that one fore sure.

just for the record...I am never impressed with people who go on a chat forum like this, hide behind a psuedonym (thats a fake name for you dummies out there) and then stand back and throw bombs at people. And try to stirr up ccrap on a perfectly good discussion!! It is kind sad that some people have so little confidence or ability or their mommies didnt love them enough that they act tough....It is not scary or unnerving or threatening in any way...it makes the person look pathetic ,weak, and like a scared and snivveling child...the more its done the more they shrink in stature...
I think of some honestly brave and deadly wariors that I know....a navy seal, a green beret, and a fighter pilot... 3 of the most humble people I know.....

Paul, this thread is about balancers, but you know that there is always going to be a little side tracking.

Don't worry about it bro, it's all good and there is an awful lot of good things that have already been mentioned on this thread.

[ QUOTE ]

As you point out be aware of the situation don't get greedy and work as ONE..

[/ QUOTE ]

That is the main incentive with balancers, to be greedy, at least for me. Iregular shapes and can be stabalized without having to downsize or relying on the reactions of an op....you cut through and the pick just separates. Nobodies sayin you have to use them on every pick.

Fordman didn't actually state his position. Is he just starting out or looking to mix things up?

Time-allowing I would personally suggest a new crane-climber start and stick with one sling only, and cut smaller where there's any doubt....if he truly wants to learn how to balance and cut. Going straight to balancers or spiderlegs means you're probably always going to be dependant on them, and thats not good.

Is my math wrong or is 10000 crane jobs equivelent to one job every single day for 27 years? Seems like a lot.

The less than witty banter in this thread is sort of amusing, I don't see why we need to ban anyone though, hell, I'm for bringing back MB and Holly.

Oh boy Blinky, I am NOT going down that road again.

yup most liars don't think enough about the math before they lie about it. I've talked about this before. Liars love to state numbers and times for some reason, dollar amounts, weights, etc.

10000 might be a bit of an inflated number but its up there.

Blinky, it is possible to do more than one crane job in one day, come to think of it you could do even three!!

X man,you look so cool with your rooster crest on your helmet! I am definetley telling lies about that, looser!

OHHHH! Now I get your problem, you were the new 10,000 tree crane job person and I called you a liar without even knowing who you were.

O.M.G. , I also know your problem with my helmet. I guess you must have been checking your girlfriends texts messages and saw that she texted me, saying, "X-Man, I want to get naked, take your helmet and gyrate on top of it".

Sorry man, i can't help what she wrote me, I had no part of it. Please stop her from viewing tree buzz and pictures of me.

Where did you get your 10,000 number from? Did you put a scratch mark on your chainsaw for every tree you removed with a crane?

Think about this jack hole!

you have been complaining that I post way too much.

I like tree buzz and I check it at lunch on my phone and even at long stop lights. Also especially late at night after work, it is my reward or my "tv" time.

I post often, yes I do.

it only takes one word or a single graemlin to count as a post and I have been doing this since beginning of the year 2004.

Posting very often and multiple times a day since 2004, has netted me 3,721 posts.

Okay, there is a real number for you.

So how does your 10,000 tree removals with a crane look now?

have you been climbing 50 years?

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR NUMBER FROM?!!!! DO YOU JUST PICK A BIG NUMBER????

Let's say you work in a very warm climate and therefor get 200 actual work days a year....

Also, let's pick another BIG number that is also even more unrealistic such as 3 tree removals every damn day that you work.

Three tree removals every day of work for a year = 600 removals a year with a crane.

for 10,000 removals with a crane, that equals 16 years of full time tree work with being on the crane every day you work.

Now, I have viewed your other posts and you show trimming and hedging trees and such. Oh crap, that means you aren't doing tree removals with a crane every day.

Now who is shown to be the looser, you punk azz muther F'er!
