Do you guys have any suggested auction sites where I can find quality equipment for low(ish) prices. Right now I'm looking for a dump trailer and maybe a new pickup.

I find many auction sites equipment is selling for more then it's worth. Do yourself a favor and know the value before bidding and always calculate 15% of the selling price to make it road worthy. Repairs are almost Always required.
Best case scenario no work is necessary or like myself a bought a $15,000 chipper and it needed $15,000 in work within 4 days of owning it.

I've found most online auctions stuff goes for way more than I'm willing to spend. The deals are at the auctions you attend in person.

I've followed a few auctions on gov sites. A few good deals it seems too.

Buying site unseen does keep the bid price down because of the risk. Good if you're a gambler.

The reason I'm watching is because I'm looking for a one ton cube van to build into a camper. There have been a few people who have bought trucks/vans with good success.

Let us know if you find a trailer.

If you like a little more radical vehicle Tom there are a lot of cube vans that were set up as military vehicles.

A friend was interested in them to re-purpose for a chip vehicle. I think they might have too light of suspension for that.
