Anyone, even a yankee, knows how much tedious time consuming work goes into posting an online YouTube vid.

I have enough hands on crane removal experience to know that CO's dangling their picks over the climber's head, rather than away from them as they should, does nothing to burnish the reps of anyone involved in the operation.

So why would someone go through the tedious process of posting such embarrassing footage without at least a disclaimer stating it's unprofessional nature is not to be copied, emulated, or attempted by others?

I've no doubt my home state has hundreds if not thousands of professional arborists who perform crane takedowns safely and properly on a daily basis, just like every other state does.

Ranger knew what footage he was editing and keeping when he posted his vid. I submit that he knew that first crane pick was lame, and therefore went only so far as letting the viewer know it was not him performing the work, but rather "friends" of his from that area.

Professional work standards can never go on vacation in this biz without consequence, even online, on a professional arborist website, peopled by pros who know better.

This is a serious profession where one mistake can cost your life, cuzins.
