Arborist Tennis Elbow

Yeah, somebody else a few years ago told me about green tea, but I'm afraid that I'm beyond that now.

My surgical procedure is called "debreeding". This is where they will go in and remove any dead and torn tissue in the area. Then they will grind down the bone spurs and re-attach the tendon in an area where the tendon will not be rubbing on the bone or impinging on the ulna nerve which runs adjacent to the medial tendon.

I watched a video last night called, "The Living Matrix". It's about a revolutionary way of healing. Basically healing thought positive thinking. Of course it's sounds corny coming from me but try to find the video and you'll see how it works. I got this copy form a friend so I don't know where you can get it. I'm sure there is stuff on the web about it.

It used to be hard for me to turn my head to look for oncoming traffic now I can turn my head as before.

That sounds very interesting. I would never say anything bad about the benefits of positive thinking.

There's just so, so much that we haven't discovered about the human brain, that anything is possible I guess.

I've heard of some story of people doing 20 minutes of visualization of white blood cells attacking a cancer sore in the group members' mouths being quicker to heal than the control group.

The first thought I had is "wow that's a bad a$$ tattoo!"

That's crazy, just look at how complex our bodys are! Hope you the best getting all fixed up. When it comes to surgery or any thing medical research the piss out of it, and be proactive. It's your body and only has to last you the rest of your life, that's all. Don't settle for second best.

It's a thing of beauty. Is that photo real? Where's the blood?

Yeah, the picture is real. I showed my wife (who is a medical assistant in the orthopaedic office where my surgery will take place) the photo and she pointed out the foresnips holding the skin open.

She also said that they will sunction all the blood out of the area too and that the elbow usually doesn't contain a lot of blood anyways.

She's seen a lot of these surgeries and says its a thing of beauty. I love her, but I don't understand medical professionals at all?

Sugar, spice, and the Bulltwins. That's all that was in there. Don't ruin it for us!
