I made up a nice checklist (borrowed from internet sources) and put it to my letterhead. Spot for 'crew members' to sign.

Hey! I climb everyday in the Ergovation saddle I bought from you. I am happy with how I set it up - large paddle biner to hang chainsaw is my favorite. I know that it is a heavy chunk... I use my glide II saddle for small pruning! But I can not imagine how I ever hung a 440 stilh off that glide.
