Adrenaline pumping exercise music

I grew up with Jimmy Walker and rode at SCRAP for years. I still dig riding. Now on a 26"

nice pic tod k, bet you had some good sessions at SCRAP! seems like ridings pretty popular among the buzzers, well, whenever anyone has any energy left after climbing trees!
i have a few friends that ride 26" as well as 20", bikes are good in general in my opinion and riding and climbing really compliment each other with balance, fitness, strength and for putting a smile on your face.

thanks tod, i might start doing risk assesments before trying certain things but i think the outcome would be that it's too dangerous and not to bother trying! nice pic again!
jman, skateboards are fine with me, i just recently went on a trip to barcelona with a group of skateboarders and one other bmx'er, one of the most fun trips i've been on. i guess it's not like that where you live then? what sort of trouble do you mean?

Na I'm only joking. It was always a side joke with my fiends we had a bunch of other guys that rode either blades or bmx. My only objection is you guys are almost always allow to ride around places where as they always put limitations on skateboards. But that for the law makers to hear

though there's quite a few skateparks now that are skate only and they always seem to be the best ones! so i guess the skaters win that round. thats why i spend the majority of my time riding trails in the woods whilst occasionally boring my friends with tree facts and climbing ideas that they're really not interested in!

Let me lay down the Bmx/skateboarder issues here on the east coast.

Skateboarders hate Bmx guys because "we use pegs, ruin all of there good copeing, beat the hell out of there ramps when we fall and we use the entire skatepark when we do our runs and our runs take entirely too long because we land all of our tricks because Bmx is a lot easier then skateboarding". -my skateboarding friends-

we hate skateboarders because "they always cry that they never have a place to skate and say "skate boarding is not a crime" and yet they have a billion skate parks made excluseivly for them and they won't let Bmx riders in. They are hypocritical plywood Nazis. Also, skateboarding is cooler and if I could do it I would." -me-

yeah, i can see how either side could feel that way, luckily all the skateparks round my way are so beat up already it'd be hard to blame skaters or riders so we join our efforts in catching the scumbags that set fire to them or spread glass everywhere.
anyway, onto the important stuff, tree swings! so much fun but so much pain sometimes! good for doing tricks you know you could never send in real life. i almost bought a full body harness just for this, couldnt really justify it though!
famiytree, you must have made some good ones, whats your setup?

When it comes to BMX, I had my own set of trails in my back yard growing up. 3 tables, 2 sets of big doubles, 2 rythm sections and 2 pits. I miss the summers of just ridding all day long.
