Hardcore? Blood for Blood, ten yard fight, righteous jams, sick of it all. Love that stuff. If you haven't see it, go get Boston Beatdown. As I got older, and stopped healing as fast I had to give up the hardcore scene.........

I'll be in 'Jersey at the end of the month to see the Bouncing Souls at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park. I love seeing bands on their home turf!

ill keep that in mind, im actually taking my girlfriend to the bean for her birthday sometime late january, any good venues you could suggest for us to look into, we will be stayin for a couple of days and are hoping to get a good show in, by the way, you folks still have the fsu gang problem over their in your hardcore scene like we do here in jersey, i stopped going to hardcore shows because of them

FSU? started here I think.....support your local 378. I think their original message got distorted somewhere along the way. They ended up killing the scene they helped create. Now it's a nationwide thing, go figure.
 
familytree, the new junk. I will check out the older stuff if you say it's good. A radio station in Toronto is always playing them and promoting them.
 
pheniox, against me is my favorite band, they are anarchist to the max, but since their new cd its all about the money and none of the movement, but there older stuff is incredible, especially their acoustic cd and reinventing axl rose, heck, i even listen to his self recorded albums when they used old pickle buckets with drumheads on them as their percussion. the lyrics are very very well written, extremely talented writer and to think he never graduated high school. if i can ill try to email you a couple of tracks, nothing like revolt punk to get the blood flowing, also, check out my northern friends from michigan, small brown bike, they arent a band anymore but have that good throaty sound to them, or hot water music
 
familytree, I just got the acoustic cd. That guy has a great voice love it. Have you ever heard The Forgotten Rebels a local punk band. I don't really listen to them but I know the singer pretty well. Against Me is opening for the Foo Fighters on their next tour. That would be a great show.

Audioslave, Dropkick Murphys, Andrew WK, just some stuff thats been on the playlist lately. Allmark has some great tunes in some of his videos, and for any of you who know about the warren miller films, killer soundtracks.
