2023 Contract Climber Rates?

I read it carefully. It is not rational. Either it argues what I suggested above or it suggests that white racism favours Asians. It is nonsense. I'm sorry.

From Wikipedia.

In 2018, Nigerian Americans had a median household income of $68,658 - higher than $61,937 for all overall U.S. households. [41] In 2012, Nigerian Americans had a poverty rate of 12.8%, lower than the U.S. national average of 14.9% and lower than the total African American poverty rate of 27.2%.[42][43]

Where does everyone keep getting this idea than anyone is saying that race is the sole determining factor in financial success? I haven't seen anyone put that idea forth. To say that it is not a factor at all is ridiculous. That graph also paints a very clear picture of consistent disparities based on race! That pattern alone speaks volumes, and to argue that it's not racist because white isn't on top is naive as fuck, because we generally see a 'positive' bias towards Asians in medicine and technology- two fields which tend to have especially high pay, and that 'positive' bias is still racist.
Correlation is not causation.

It is not based on race, it is categorized by race, and based on (likely reported) income.

Equality of opportunity (hiring and advancement) is one thing; preparation and work produced are others.

Equality of outcome is a vastly different thing that destroys motivation.

A preschool teacher once told me that she thinks that there is value in everyone earning the same thing. I told her I definitely would pick flowers over doing stressful, hard and potentially deadly tree work, or be a preschool teacher. I don't think anyone would be a proctologist.

Firewood, a friend of theirs (pretty cool dude) was one of my regular clients for 3 years, given his kinda goofy attitude I thought it might have been mountain f%&$n Enterprises but nope just Firewood dye to their dad starting it as a Firewood business.

Thx for the info!

MFE got onto my radar just today as I was leafing through the used tree equipment mag, they were selling some nice looking stuff including a 10 wheel bucket truck, probably 100 footer, then I saw they were from N Cal and figured, yeah they definetly need that height on a regular basis.

All I'm saying is that there are a lot of people who are have even more obstacles, but there's no need for everyone to be pitted against each other, and that life could be better for everyone with a bit more cooperation.
