The organizers have chosen to use FB for their 'homepage'.

I'll find out from them about how I can cross post info. It should be easy.

Lacking the skills needed to create a website for this years event we have are trying three paths. FB with all its ills and chills; Google+ that I know very little about and Dropbox which has unlimited file storage size that can be shared.
