Back in early 2001 Mark called to chat about an idea he had for an arborist discussion forum. One thing lead to the next and Treebuzz made its debut on June 1, 2001

Mark suggested that I make the first post.

Now, 14,000 posts later I look back and see that the ideas that Mark shared have been brought to life here

Thanks to everyone for participating!

What was your first post?

"Re: OTCC Gear Check Clarifications
Comments from a very new guy:
This was a truly outstanding event!
Rich's organization, personnel skills, attention to schedule, execution & detail were amazing! Even when he was trying to be "tough" he was still the "Smiley Happy Bald Guy".
Many thanks to Roger, Cory, Stephan, & Curt!
I learned a LOT!!!"

"Rocket Line is awesome! Great for SFL, DRT, and SRT. Some guys on here recommended it to my bro... Thanks Guys!"

I think this was my first, pretty lame, should have introduced myself :loco:

Thanks for having the forum Tom and Mark!

your wife gets mad cause "your never looking at the road when your driving, your always looking at the trees. dont you know we have our son in the car? i dont care how tall it is. all you talk about is climbing trees." etc....etc

From the "you might be an Arborist if..." thread. That needs to be brought back for anyone who hasn't seen it in a while
