Ok ten years ago what was the saddle you were using?

Black Diamond Bod. I think that about ten years ago I climbed a tree using rock climbing gear and methods. Pieced it apart with a bow saw for my dad. My first climbing tree removal.

I only go back 8 years. 8 years ago I started with a Weaver Floating Dee, then Butterfly II, treeMotion for the last 3 years.

My gear today looks alot like it did 10 years ago or more. I guess I'm stuck with what I know. The only real difference is climbing hitch types and a hitch-climber.

Haha I was just busting his chops because I got mine busted for the same thing! lol....never responded to one, had a good friend in a coma for a month after a 40ft fall. Im also on a crtical transport team that goes all over the state for adults and kids and newborns...took a guy last year that got hit by a log! Lucky for him he was in the front yard where a ladder truck could get him! The big busy metro tech rescue team out of Lansing, MI went on him...I have a friend on the team and I try to get to go to there trainings but there union and dont play well with others! I can honestly say if they had a guy 70ft in a tree and they couldnt reach it with the ladder truck from the road...I think they dont know enough about setting lines from the ground and so on...and would be hard pressed to make a timely rescue.
