Yes, they are 3d printed...first idea was to make them using molds and urethane but proved to be too time consuming and required a set screw. -

I wanted the red 9/16 to match the hook...why is yellow 30 bucks and red 40? I offered him 30 and he took the offer within 2 hours, on a Saturday. Including wire for seizing is also a nice touch, if turns out to be the the right size for the size people order...that gets a bit more involved... -

if i may add, i don't think it's so much about keep the end from fraying as it is keepong it aligned...my old crane specified 6 inch minimum for the dead end length, years back it got increased to like 11...that's alot of extra crap to snag on once its not perfectly in line to the live end going... -

I was curious about the float style tires on the second axle last night on Facebook. Hi again steve. It wont lift once its assembled right? I didnt know that sorta styff wasnt done at the factory, nor did i realise you needed one for that size crane... or was it a preference? I do remember...- craneguy1

I use an oxy torch to melt the ends...i still am going to buy a ropinator...ive tried everything i could think of over the years to try and keep the dead end nice, straight, and out of the way with no lasting results. I do wonder if the designer received the green light to attach the dead end... -

No worries...i have big shoulders. I figured it was a setup like that under the flywheel. Price point is significantly higher than us yanks were told it would be 2 years ago. Dolmar doesn't exist in my neck of the woods; though i know they have a cult like following...i would say a 462 to...- craneguy1

Just meh? Really? I have yet to run an ms661, but considering i bought it to replace a 361, it nuts. I want more info on it now, i pulled it apart today. Where does the power come from to supply the ecm? Full chisel full comp chain, 20"...damn. meh? It takes a lot to impress me anymore...- craneguy1

Bandit 15XP Review (brand new)
Was that a grip tight style bearing? They've been using those on the motor side for a while. I had one loosen up also but caught in time to where it didn't do that much damage. They do say in the book to check them, but they really shouldn't come loose. I replaced an upper feedwheel assembly...- craneguy1
