Thanks @Pelorus! I found the same thing on the web last night, what kept my interest going was the fact that it has a 6 digit odometer... and the assumption that I’d get a clean title. Just thought I’d throw it out there to see what others had heard. I’ll keep you posted on where it goes today...
Hey folks, looking for some insight please.
Pulled the trigger on a 1999 international 4900, and when we received the title, in large bold print, it reads “ Exceeds Mechanical Limits” I wasn’t the one that took the title to our insurance guy, but that statement made him very nervous. Truck is...
Hey folks,
It's been a little while since I've stopped by, but am in need of some advice and opinions.
We are looking at an Italmec 72' tracked lift. I don't have exact model or year, my guess is early 2000's maybe 05? Around 200hrs, never seen salt or rain. Garage kept. Has not run recently...
That's ironic, were interested in the same lift. Hopefully I'm headed out late next week to see @oceans 's lift in action. Boss man was talking about going to check out the factory...honestly I think he just wants to go to Montreal
We just looked at a used cat 304cr on Friday. I'll get some pictures up when it arrives, but 3 or 4 local tree services run with mini excavators. And every landscape company around also... we assume it will be like the mini skid steer and after having it for a little while, will wonder how we...
We've got the same lift @tomtrees58 on an international 4700 dt466. She's slow and heavy, but wasn't made to win races. Looks like you've got a toolbox on the ass end, that's where we stack mats. It's the only bucket I've ever worked with, so I love the way the elevator functions...most of the...
6 speed with all those hills..... truck is 10yrs old already...that being said our newest truck (2013 550) gives us the most problems. It depends what the price of the brand-new ones are. I thought they were like 120 turns out I was wrong. I will never buy equipment from either of those places...
He won't like that.... I bet. Have u chatted with him about more compensation, or is this not fueled by needing more money, and more about working for yourself? Good luck bro, and I dig the airspace idea. They kick ass...
Hey @LimbLoppa how are you blowing out at lunch? Backpack blower? Do you have air on your chiptruck(s)? Definitely going to add a screen to our chipper
X2 on bigger and bandit! We just upgraded our 2008 1590xp to a 2015 1590xp and holy shit!! Basically they have made the 1590 an 18" machine. With bigger come some hurdles though, it's now class a. We assume we'll go through breaks a little quicker and it will make us need a larger chiptruck. But...
@ROYCE I highly recommend renting the sd64. We had one for a week, 2 weeks ago. Initial findings were that it was fast on the ground. Real fast. My only other expierence is a Teupen just so you know. Nowhere near the boom speed of a bucket so get that comparison out of your head. All of my lift...
