I'm 5'3" & looking for suggestions for spikes that can be adjusted. I've used some that adjust in height, but most are to wide as well. Does anyone make spikes specifically for females?
I’ve never been able to fit in the arb pros as they do not make a women’s boot or a men’s boot that is small enough to fit my foot. However, a lot of the guys I work with say the wear out very fast for the price. I still wanted a true climbing boot fit & found the Salomon mountaineering boot...
I’m a 49 yr old female climber, been climbing almost 4 yrs now. I’m a life long weight lifter, yoga guru & nutrition nut (I worked at a nutrition store for many years). I would highly recommend glucosamine, chondroitin, & MSM you can find it all in one as a pill, powder or liquid for joint...
I know there have to be other women out there with the same problem finding boots that fit! I have a pair of steel toed carolina logger boots that fit great but would like a pair of actual climbing boots. Any suggestions for someone with a very high arch, narrow heel, but extremely wide in the...

not harsh, fair question. I see it at treestuff... so many places to check to see if I'm putting a fair price on it. Will definitely look at bishop for my own stuff! Make an offer if your interested.
would that be Bishop Company? I saw that online not familiar with them. lots of shady places online. Ebay, Sherrill Tree, Bartlett Arborist, etc... are all $250 or more.
I'll be using it for both events. I don't want to use the house rope for any event cause it might not be a rope I'm familiar with or that my gear is compatible with.
I did that my 1st year at the Arial rescue event, it went very bad. I've learned to use what I'm familiar with at the comp. I've used the Notch dragon & know it works with my Chicane/zigzag combo.
