Anybody who has a use for rope needs one of those finger trap/Swedish fids. They’re so versatile and handy. Most guys should have one in their garages.

@evo
I used some small pieces of the Velcro that came in the pack to attach the tether to the elastic slide. Silicone makes perfect glue. Keeps it modular while semi permanent.

Guys it’s kinda hard to get around in vt with a truck that doesn’t have 4 wheel drive unless it’s got a bed stacked full of firewood or cement blocks holding it on the overload springs.
Be sure to take who ever buys that thing out for a good ole 4 hr scenic back road tour that covers maybe 150...
Hell yeah man. Good for you. Glad it sold. Now I can stop hijacking your thread with pictures of early dumps of snow. Total bs if you ask me. My yard work aint done yet and there’s about a foot of crap on it covering all the work to be done. Prolly won’t see it till spring now, unless it hits...

You know I don’t cut the adjusters off. Spent too many years forced to deal with them under the belt that was a required part of the uniform so I just don’t notice them very often. Now when I forget the belt I cinch them down. So I’m often glad they are still there and functional. But sometimes...
I wear BDU pants. The older woodland camo style from before the digital pattern that emerged in the early 2000’s. I find them in thrift stores. I wore out all my issued pants with in a few years of separating from the DoD. So I buy used. If I lived near a base, or wanted to shop the bx/px online...
Dumpy
I got into climbing for all the same reasons and along the same lines as you. I’m two-three inches smaller than you now. I burned off the fat and kept it off. Still 73” tall but now 180 instead of 210 lbs. I say, having tried on the size two sentinel, that it is what you’d need. I chose...
Oooooh
Aaaaaah
Arbitrarily raising the cost of energy for consumers by employing tools that cost 10k an hour to operate seems like a fantastic plan for basic infrastructure maintenance protocol.
I’m impressed on so many levels right now. Keep those good ideas coming.
For the next one, perhaps...
I bought the drenaline for my rr last summer from Bartlett here in Michigan. It works well. Very low stretch (just enough to keep my pelvis and hips happy) and feathers to a nice stop. Never really locks up now that some groves are wearing in the rr. But my complaint is that it flattened early...
I gotta say that I really like my monkey beaver. It is my first saddle besides my old buckingham tree belt. But that was short lived and 15 years ago. It was a toss up between the treemo lite and the mb. I chose August just as I’ve chose Richard vs bigger corporations for some of my gear. I held...
That ISA page strikes me as legal hooey. Feel free to abide by it, but in doing so you’re letting a bureaucrat dictate your market so they can release them selfs of any legal responsibility to who knows what. It’s full disclosure. Unless you’re conspiring with your competition, you’re free to...
