    That may be true, but it impossible to scale a business if the owner is going out on all the sales calls. I feel that if the pay structure and the training is right, it can be a logical next step for someone inside your organization. I personally would never hire someone new for this position.

    I will not use WedgeGrips - After using them for several years, I have had several get pushed out, and have seen some that were close to pushing out. Maybe it was due to the species.. We only use Rigguy, they are build fail proof.
