    It rained and lighting delay and they had to scrap the work climb and change some events time . Still had the ascent event but it was straight time no set up or series back up points

    Yeah I followed his stuff some for years , just wasn't for me long term .But some people seem to thrive with carnivore , especially those with auto immune disease.

    I did carnivore for a month and It wasn't really for me , I honestly believe ancestry plays a huge roll in how our body responds to what we eat. I have done Keto , carnivore, Vegan( only 3 weeks) carb cycling and whole 30 . The diet that makes me feel optimal is more of a whole 30 approach...

    Is it just me, or is SRT strenuous compared to DRT?

    I still dig ddrt for some trees especially removals , but I usually always ascend Srt and will switch over at the primary tie in point. One caveat though when I do climb ddrt I always install a high efficiency pulley like a pulley saver or petzl eject
