    Don't let production pressure get you frazzled. Your company should be more than able to adsorb a day of poor production every once and awhile.

    I see the correlation now, we do have prof ins. Not traq qualified. Yes, I agreed with client to do less than requested by the ins people. We've done that in the past but never had anyone request a letter. Thanks for your input!

    This exactly. And a bit of this. This is a new client, who has asked us to write a letter to his ins co disputing their request. I am uncomfortable with that, a note on the invoice sounds much better.
