This is a new client, who has asked us to write a letter to his ins co disputing their request. I am uncomfortable with that, a note on the invoice sounds much better.
Have any of you ever gotten in the middle of a homeowner and their insurance company? What is your approach if someone's insurance company has made an unreasonable request in regards to trees?
