Heck no, that still costs money! I use the plastic Walmart shopping bags; they’re free!!
If you’re good about rinsing then, they’re good for about 5 or 6 uses. I wouldn’t go much beyond that, though. That just seems cheap and not wise.
When we did one several years ago, we drove our truck tight alongside a sunken loading dock like this. Then get a forklift down in the pit and slide the entire outrigger down and out of it’s holder.
Mine was 17 years ago with a scalpel. No big deal. Not even a small deal. Procedure Friday afternoon, lay around and watch tv all weekend, back to work (non-climbing!) on Monday. Wore a jock over the top of my undies for a week or so because the sag was uncomfortable pulling on the stitches...
I was concerned about mine fixing itself, but it turns out getting re-tested years later was MUCH harder than I anticipated. Apparently most urologists can test it in-house, but aren't willing to put their name on it and so won't do it. They finally got me hooked up with a fertility specialist...

@TimBr When it's really cold, I have found the SmartWool base layers are hard to beat. I really like the 1/4 zip top with the high collar. Meshes nicely with a neck gaiter/balaclava, but gives you the option to unzip and vent a little if needed.
Christmas lunch from the summit of Killington peak:
Grilled cheddar and tomato soup
Duck quesadilla
Hot pretzel with HOT mustard
Kobe dog with slaw
Spicy Bloody Mary
Ended with beignets and Fire on the Mountain (hot cider + fireball)
Weather forecasters totally blew it once again. We took off for NH Thursday afternoon with the mistaken belief that the worst of the cold was past. Skied all day Thursday and the high was minus 8! To their credit, the young ones hung in there like champs and we skied a full day.
Headed out to wrap some trees and shrubs for the winter years ago. Burlap and box of twine in the bed of the mason dump. Hopped on the highway. Apparently the wind was strong enough to suck the end of the twine out of the box, and just like Mac's, once there is a length trailing, it just keeps...
