    That only time i ever called osha was to protect the workers. They were not provided with ppe and i watched in horror as the climber almost got killed when they lost control of a top and it came down on top of him. made the call and 2 hours later they all had new ppe

    I have had it happen with tied ends. Now I change ends/rotate every climb and it doesnt happen anymore.
