I'm in central Illinois and it appears I need to take a "Aerial rescue class" before I attempt the ISA "CTWCS" exam. I have no clue where to look for a provider? Any quick Ideas?
Thanks for any help.
I see what you did, making use of what is handy. I just don't have a lot of extra toy's yet and looking to make your idea feasible for me on the cheap. No reason for shit you own not to pull multiple duties. Thanks for the reply and I hope you don't mind if I steal your idea, well to late...
I believe I would trust this method a hell of a lot farther than the Blackwell system. I do have a question about this method. Is that ring really needed? I'm not seeing where the retrieval rope really needs to slide. Would a pc of rope tied to the ring and hitched in place above the hook due...
Not to change the subject but ya might want to think about a cooler to put the chargers and batteries in while charging. I've seen the time when building bridges that the battery was so hot it would not charge, we went the cooler route with some ice to solve the problem.
Good point. But if you were working in a cemetery or large park how far do ya want to have to go to get to power? I would think that your going to have some pc of equipment running that can power the inverter.
I would think this would work. Used it on my zero turn handles, fishing rods, hammer handles, ETC: And it's cheap to replace.

I just watched a vid of some cat in NZ taking down a big oak with a crane. Now I can see where the ease of getting your rope back from the crane or the TIP multiple times makes a lot of sense. I reckon not all cat's get skinned the same way!
Sorry to say the weather has not let me get a climb in yet. So far hanging in the shed with it I really like the way it feels, definately no bag pinch. I just set up the adjustable bridge and that makes it super easy to get it on and buckled up, easy to adjust if having to add or delete clothes...
Just setting this MB saddle up. Adjustable bridge CT RollNLock, Rock Exotica swivel, and may add another aluminum ring on other side of swivel. May be overdose but AL rings are light.
I'm a novice asking a question. Why use SRS to ascend to the top then change over to MRS(did you notice I used the new acronyms, cause I want to be PC) once you start to take the tree down? Just trying to understand.
If I knew I would not be asking these questions. I am willing to listen to any helpful advice or sarcastic replies. I received a big wad of the stuff and just looking for some way to make use of it. I have a lot to learn about the tree business but I'm not afraid to ask. Thanks
No Sorry needed my pics may not be the best. So if it's 3/4" can ya give me some ideas of projects it could be used for IE: slings whoopies ETC. Thanks for your help!!!!!!!!!!!
