So my company wants to start offering rec climbing for scout groups, b-day parties, bar mitzvahs, quinceaneras, etc ...:)
I've got all the gear stuff figured out but still need some help on the "paper work' side of things.
The kiddos will just be going up and down and maybe a limb walk for the...
If you can't keep your game face on then put up another climber. I've started a few climbs myself that once I got up there I just wasn't feeling it, told my other climbers and we just switched out, no harm, no foul, no shame. We all like to go home at the end of the day.
Another thing that I...
A little of both, whether intentional or not.I saw all of this coming as soon as I heard of the changes, I'm not surprised at all but I am a little disappointed :(
Any company or organization will mirror its leadership, period. This is a fact of leadership that all good leaders know. There is no way around it. Leaders/managers set the tone, atmosphere, work ethic, and culture of their organization. When good leaders step aside ( even when the reasons are...

Good follow through.
I've gotten a few of the same txts that are the same song and dance. Upon calling the number I found that its a txt only number, and with that I was out.
I wonder if this routine has actually worked? And what could one possibly be thinking that would not throw up red flags...
