I’m sure this has been covered before but a quick search didn’t turn anything up. Does anyone have a preferred product to remove pine sap from equipment without many hours of scrubbing? Trying to make the 2 year old skid steer look like its not 15 years old. Thanks!
Good info thanks maybe I’ll check them out as well. I could reasonably deliver/pick up from Springfield. Ideally we’d be flipping or changing ours every week or two when we’re really cranking
Im only half kidding about buying one. Any idea of what type or brand to look for? My larger chipper has a 36” drum so it holds 2 sets of (3) 12” long knives so I believe i would need to load all 6 of them (72” linear inches) on there to sharpen at the same time so they come out the same . ...
Thanks for the replies . I was referred to Accugrind in Oxford MA from a reliable source and think I will probably give them a try. I have been bounced between people at Modern Group for 2-3 weeks so kind of done with that. Another thought I had was just buying a knife grinder but im sure...
Does anyone know of a reliable place preferably in the Northeast US that grinds chipper knives?
We don't really have any local machine shops or anything that do it, so I have shipped them out over the years but sick of getting bounced around between places that have quit offering it or take 2...
I have a Schodorf 11’ steel chip box off a 2004 f550 complete with subframe and hoist. Two aluminum removable roof sections (its like the rear half of the roof). Overall condition of the box is probably 7/10. No cut out for toolboxes. Freight would not be cheap as I am in Vermont. Feel free...
That they do! I was mostly just curious. I already decided we will crane the 7015trx into this one or not do it, as it became a remove and replace so we will have to crane the new tree in there anyway. So the only variable is hand digging the hole. Rocks being our biggest issue here in VT.
Will a 395xp or ms660 run an alpine magnum or do i need a 3120 or 880? Looking into picking one up for those “special” jobs we cant get a real grinder to..
