I did the best allbody workout for a treenerd you can imagin. Footlocked 6x12m. 1 for warmup, 3 for time (best 18 seconds) and 2 for long smooth locks (best was 9 locks). I can do 12m with 9 locks, when i focus on the quality of them. But then i get too long pauses between them. When i focus on...
Did today regular strenght training. It was time for my legs. I feel that my leg dont get as much pounding at work as dose my upper body. Ill have do spend more time on them in the gym.

Todays workout:
30 pull ups, 5x5 clean and jerk (50-60-70-60-50kg), 3 rounds of toes to bars, knees to elbows and sit ups. After that 3 sets of bitseps curls. To finish it up 3x15 chin ups.
Getting better and better. Still my abs need some extra hard work.
