Started with sprint trainings couple weeks ago. Hope it will help my ropewalking in open ascent. Did 1,5km warm up run and some excercises, then sprints 3x50m (90% max pace) and 3x(max effort). Some running and stretching afterwards.

I have one. Mostly for competition climbing. Use it some times at work too. If you wanna go just up and down its great. I think it would work good on conifer removals.
Only downside of xstatic is its stiffnes. A bowline with it looks scary. Beside that its a great rope. Almost no stretch under my 200lbs. Most i like the diameter. Its easy on the hands.
