I climbed once on hyperclimb with a RR Pro...have had the rope for about a month and the akimbo is dialed in on it...great rope. Knots well, no bounce and the ascenders just eat it up (in a good way) I would recommend it. Full disclosure....I have not used all of the other lines you suggested
Not American, but at 34 cents a foot (CAD) and 5600 MBS it is pretty good. Plus free shipping to the States.

I like to search kijiji, craigs list, ebay etc. and look for vintage axes...the steel and craftsmanship are second to none and you can purchase a handle of your choosing just about anywhere these days. You can usually score some great ax heads for $10-$20 per
Eloquip and Voth make custom chip tops...we have an aluminum dump insert for our 1 ton. Works very well, but be prepared to wait for any custom work. They are both very busy and you are probably looking at an 8-12 week turnaround.
I think if I could start over again (only 3 years in with steady growth) I would go with a 1 ton 5.9 cummins...if your into 12 valve you will have an all mechanical tractor engine...second gen 24 is good also, with an 8 foot bed... 7 ton 6x12-14 with 48 inch side walls...you will probably have a...
How about natty crotch to a tensioned barber poll of rope around the trunk...takes away a lot of stretch and adds a bunch more friction to distribute the weight. Just need to ensure the first wrap is nice and tight...finish with cow or timber hitch
...Arbitrary number to state the fact that rope is cheap...Not exactly a dollar, but pretty close for the Yanks...https://www.mapleleafropes.com/store/category/ocean-polyester-friction-hitchcord
Rope by the foot is really cheap...a prussik loop is approx 4 ft?? You can buy good 10 mm cordage for $1 per foot. 25 feet of rope makes 6 loops...probably enough for a few months. Re-purpose old slings for speed line kit, re-direct, etc
I was under the assumption that it is because of the CE rating that the Akimbo has recently recieved. If the RR Pro gets the certification I would imagine it will be approved also. Same reason the Petzl Zag Wrench(or whatever it is called) is allowed
This looks like a wicked cool tool to add to the tool box...has my brain thinking of other applications and if they would improve with this device. So far I am thinking it would be great for a span rig friction device as well as really good controlled speed line brake...possibly hands free if...
