    Certified for use with dynamic ropes only. It is both ce and en rated but the en rating is for mountaineering braking devices. If i can remember rightly, you can use it in comps when used with dynamic ropes....... Basically , i'd be pretty happy to use one if the positioner wasn't invented :)

    Technora is an aramid :) I doubt that the ring will wear out faster than your hip straps. using aramids and l.c.ps for core material is very silly ..... dyneema and poly cores are fine butttttttttt getting the original replacement ropebridege ....... smart Globe 3000 is a multilayer...

    it's something I spliced up a while ago , works really well. the d crab acts as a lever for the pinto to pull it out of the eye. I can't claim the idea as i borrowed it off a friend.
