During the normal work season how many estimates do you write in a week?
If you have/are a sales rep and ONLY sell, how many are you expected to write each week?
Is there a dollar volume that you're expected to write?
[/ QUOTE ]
Right now, not writing nearly enough! Sloooooowww

Hate to be the guy who says this but I'd climb on that for sure.

I'd hate to be you when that $130 rope fails.
Common dude, your life is worth way more then $130 bucks.

yeah, it does... but, like you said, the swivel snap is sooo fine!
Has some nice bling-bling factor to it too

If I were to use and camming adjuster I'd use a Microcender or one of ISC's. The shape and size fits my hand better than a Gibbs.
But...
...I would rather use this setup.

Tom,
What size/style cord are you using for your hitch?
I like that swivel set up!

The first step is to take in foliar and soil samples into a nearby testing lab (extension services at UCDavis); this way you can rule out macro/micro nutrient issues or soil contamination depending on the test results.
I would be doing a close aerial inspection to look for any...

more durable? I have had a harrison rocket for almost 4 years, still going strong! But, I guess you could call Sierra Moreno. They have nothing but old school
Guys
That's not a girdling root, but after I looked at the picture I can see how it looks like one! I first hand excavated this tree a few years ago, then did some more airspade work on it last year. No girdling roots, no fungus, not buried, perfect flare. Also, no irrigation anywhere near the...
This is a coastal live oak in Atherton, Ca. (quercus agrifolia). It is a pretty large tree, about 4' DBH, 40' high and 50' wide. It has one main crotch down low, about 5'from grade, that splits into two main heads. Problem: The right side is perfectly green and healthy. The left side is...
Try turning the outputs off, then turning them back on again. I have a 150, and this happens w/my autofeed. For some reason, if I disable the outputs, then switch them back on, it works fine again. I have a control panel by my ignition, I think I hit the up button.

Believe it or not I have bartered two child births! True story. Our last 2 children were home births with a midwife. My wife did both all natural with out drugs. The kids are a little weird, but we love them...
The only thing I don't like, is to barter when times are slow.

That shot is EPIC!
Did you shoot that? Man oh man.. I hope to pull that off someday.
Back in my late teens, I was a photographer (yeah, right) up in Lake Tahoe. Worked for a company taking portraits of all the skiers at the tops of the lifts. The company I worked for set up all the...

However, I do offer gear at the start. A low end saddle, entry level line, ringed friction saver, and a handsaw. After that initial batch of gear, they are on their own. That seems pretty reasonable to me. Also, I think if you pay for your own...
Hows the sizing for you guys? I notice they only sell them in odd size. Usually, I go for 32W in arborwear, but after lots of washing/drying, they get a bit too snug at the waist. What do you get, a 31 or a 34?
Thinking about the stretch airs, not the gladiators
Re: reimbursement for equipment
I remember years ago, when I was a carpenter.. No employer ever supplied you with your personal tools. You had to have your own tool bags, skill saw, hand tools, etc. This seems to be the norm in all the trades. Climbing equipment is highly personal...
