8 hours in a first-time child birth class. Sitting around on the floor with other first time parents-to-be. Most of the other dudes there were total douche bags. But I guess maybe some of them thought I was a douche bag.

But that's probably because I kept calling them douche bags to their face.

The Altreeist and I got a 20 foot Highlander last year, and I hope we get it out in the water this summer more than last year.

...once he had kids...everything changed...

So don't let that happen to you, okay?

Sure having kids changes things in you and your life,
but remember to keep your "core"!
...because the kids grow up and move on...

Your reply has a sinister intonation to it....particularly after spending the last day and a half in a crash course for new parents-to-be.


I have learned about contractions, pre-labor, actual labor, transitional stage, and the delivery....all very informative.



I am positive that I will find ample time to pull the boat out to the lake, step the mast, and attend to all of the little things that may have broken since the last time we sailed........
