    echo 355t

[ QUOTE ] Gonna have to make a choice between the new husky and the echo. I've always loved my sthils, but not the 201! Going to shop around tomorrow. [/ QUOTE ] I don't think we really have a choice. The 355 is there to grab and the 540... Well, that's another story. I talked to Robin on the...

    Unbelievable product!

Nano tech looks nice. IMHO the problem is that that stuff is so small it can penetrate our body through our normal sized cell structures. I hope for the best but for now I think Nano tech is the new asbestos. There is lots of research being done how 'we' can use it but there is almost no...

    echo 355t

[ QUOTE ] Perhaps I will run a side by side comparison 200, 201 and 355 at my woodlot and see what happens. I would be willing to bet the echo is very close if not equal to the 201. [/ QUOTE ] I would love to see that comparison. Not to see either one win, just to see how close they are. I...

    Graffiti on trees

Wire brush and rinsing with a waterhose while your at it. There's no damage done on the tree. But you have to 'clean' more than the painted patch, otherwise you still have (in our case) the big dicks on the road side oak trees for many years as clean algae free patches.

Husqvarna T536 Li XP tophandle chainsaw

No, but Husqvarna has degraded the Dolmar AS-3625 and Makita BUC250 to two dinosaur outdated ancient power tools. Since I use the Husqy my Dolmar has not been out of my van.

    CoDominate Branches

[ QUOTE ] Is it ever too late to prune co-dominate branches ? e.g. 30, 50, 100 yrs ??? At some point should you just let the tree run it course ?... [/ QUOTE ] Without a good reason there is never a reason to prune a tree. Pruning a tree just because of having co-dominant branches is NOT a...

So I strap this worm to a tree...

There are many species of worms (around 3000 and counting). In our neighbourhood there is a worm farm. Not to produce worm dung, but to grow young worms for different things. These critters do many good things and you can use them for many different environments, but you have to know where to...

Any upcoming updates on the tree motion saddle?

[ QUOTE ] I've had the TreeAustria 3.1 for a year now and love it! Similar ergonomic functionality as TM or ERGOV [/ QUOTE ] No way that those saddles you mention are anywhere close to the TreeMotion harness. [ QUOTE ] and a ballistic nylon bridge instead of a rope bridge(much more durable)...

    Mitral valve repair

Hé guys, I'm back. I spent my Christmas holiday this year for a planned surgery from Doomsday 21 December till today in hospital. RopeTek Sidewinder - Retractable Lanyard System

Re: RopeTek Sidewinder - Retractable Lanyard Syste Even when it only would last a year, it's a clutter free year. I don't think the big tie wrap is such a bad idea either. You put it on your harness only once and it can stay there. Most modern harnesses don't have belts that you can slide...
