    I use my GRCS with a gas drill and it's perfect for getting up the tall ones. I'm fully rested and ready to work. With a reversible drill I have two speeds.

    Where can I get the small rubber pads for the GRCS? I see tree supply companies selling the large pads but haven't seen anyone selling the small ones.
