I hate day rates. Many clients like to take advantage of you in this situation. I bid every single thing as a line item. That way when it comes to talking price we can debate line items not dollars.

I use 25 or 35 slings. Having that much length makes it easier to rig long pieces perpendicular to the ground and have the rope angle to get back in to the main stem and make the cut
i cant do pistols yet. i broke both of my ankles and my foot in three separate incidences and ankle flexibility isnt my strong suit. i do a version of them on a 30 inch plyo box. maybe that should be a goal for this year.
