    I'm a big fan of blue 9/16 atlas. Step above 1/2 but still fits in a 1/2 block like the omni. It's got a lot of stretch so if you're needing a more static line, look elsewhere. Hope this helps.

    I run panther bar and chain and never sharpen my chain just throw a new one on. Its kind of insane but I get months between chain changes because I only use that saw in the tree. Works good for me. I'm the only one that uses that saw.

    I agree with you there. I like pruning but in small doses. Ever since we got the spider lift, removals via cut and chuck are just so darn quick. Harder on your body but a lot less dangerous. Our location is seeing the hight of EAB and these ash trees are getting deadly. Pruning is a nice break...

    I didn't take into account this being an emergency Job. With the ground soft that seems about right. It's good to not get every job. I like to throw out high numbers for emergency work and see what sticks.

    Correct 6mpg. If you do build this truck tell them you want the bigger fuel tank. Mine came with a 25 gal tank. That was the only issue that I overlooked.

    Full day along with the full kit , with wood removed at least $3,500 That's if we can get it done is a day. looks big and challenging especially with a spongy lawn. How do you move about with the wheel loader. Looks like a good spider crane job.

    We are running a 7.3 gas F-600 with a 14"chipbox that our giant 254T Goes in the back of with 12' ramps. This towes a 19xpc chipper under 10k. The ultimate under CDL rig that I could come up with. The Gas truck and chipper does everything we ask of it.
