    Yes.. i agree.. less is more when planned out accordingly. So with the two sewn eyes loop, instead of a end to end loop, are you seeing something that i am not as far as your repurposing? I'm trying to follow but i can't see how the end to end loop ring couldn't do what the twin sewn version...
