    Jamin, i think if you're booked that far out you should put your prices up, not gouging, but say 10-15%. It will lower your conversion rate, but thats OK because you have more customers than you can serve in a timely manner anyway. By upping your average $ sale, you will increase your margin...

    Worth the extra IMO. As you said, blocks are usually a longish term item as far as tree equipment goes so the $ diference over time for the benefits is nothing really.

    Full espresso machine at home, triple-shot kickstarter in the morning is the only way to fly. Melbourne has a great coffee/cafe culture, you're never far from VERY good coffee and it aint at the franchise/chain stores. In the US i struggled....Starbucks was terrible...giant cups of hot milk...
