Single beast ring on an ultrasling with half inch doublebraid rigging rope is my go to when climbing. It will do most rigging and weighs hardly anything it seems
That'd kind of what we have. A city forester that doesn't really enforce anything. It's more just a title. Add long as you show him you're certified, you can do anything you'd like to the trees. Its a joke. @treevet , that pic is just ridiculous. What's the point in leaving that?!
I'd say that having a city arborist is a good thing. The fact that you probably have far more experience in the field than he does is a good advantage. You can school him and you'll probably never hear from him again. Or if interested, you could contact the city and ask why the position wasn't...
I wish he would've posted that here and had a discussion about it. That would've been far more valuable than just leaving. I think he would've gotten a far better response from everyone as well
I loves the buzz as well. I Would think that being who he is in the industry and having a blog and such, that maybe he would've put more out there on the buzz and did a little more "signaling ". I would've loved to hear what he had to say. Maybe post his blogs at the least (if he still does them).
I've been rocking the TM s- light for a few years now and love it. You can buy the comfort back pad (the one that comes with the regular TM ) for $35. It is worth the extra few bucks and then you'll have an extra pad for when you wash one. Remember to keep the leg loops super loose. Mine hang...
I remember you saying that you could register it as a mobile crane and avoid all of the DOT crap making it much less of a p.i.t.a. to get from jobsite to jobsite. I'm wondering if the new VIN and whatnot is due to how you want to register the vehicle. Maybe less of a headache to just register...
I think that's a good idea. I've personally never heard of a VIN being changed at all (not legally anyway). Is this not something that westminster or any of their previous clients have had to deal with?
I bought a nice pair of ski goggles for $20 at my local sporting goods store. Only use then on bad winter days as well. Ill throw them on when its windy sometimes also
