    Cow hitch backed up with two halves primarily. Just the way I was taught. I’ve used a running bowline, timber hitch, and even the clove. They all work and have their place. Also, hitches should be backed up. I don’t use the timber often because not being able to back it up. Shouldn’t need to...

    It was a climber training course @rico. Focuses on safe crane rigging and cutting as a climber. Great class to take. I learned a lot both times I went.
