    The tapered bollard sounds cool and I would like to try it eventually, but having the ability to "fine tune" with the adjustable bollard is gonna be hard to beat. I'm assuming with the tapered the friction is what it is....the adjustable is nice if I'm feeling like I want a little more...

    Gotta say I do like the adjustable bollard, it's got to be the easiest device to "fine tune". If there was a way to do the adjusting without having to have a tool to do so that would be fantastic!

    The training Oldoakman mentioned included practicing rescues on spurs. Most of the departments that were at the training had spurs for their department. The Georgia Arborist Association donated equipment, including spurs to any department that did not have the equipment.
