    FTC does the rubber wrapped steel core throw balls I use the largest one for isolating. They do have a bounce to them though.

    Anyone on a mechanical should be familiar with the munter in my opinion, it’s a no nonsense fool proof way to get down in case the device fails or slips either from failure or weather conditions (I had a zigzag start slipping from ice building on the line).

    Notch, they seemed to have tightened the stitching up a bit with the zero bags where the d ring attaches which is nice, also seem a little tighter. It’s going out to Southsound tomorrow

    outside of the comp advantages, this would allow for the potential of an aerial rescue to be performed from the ground in certain situations.

    The pinto on prussic takes away the problem of gate orientation in relation to the tree and potential for side load at working angles. As long as you’re mindful of the gate on the revolver and your end rope angles I would run it.

    All I use for the tail is a prussic and two carabiners could get away with just one in a pinch but it’s more streamlined with two if I’ll be working off the system.     We used a skid steer which we usually used an augur to dig the initial hole and then swapped to forks with load straps to lift and place into the hole and also allow for root inspection/pruning.
