No worries, being critical is important and welcome so long as it's constructive. Shit happened so fast, also I had most of my weight on that leg when it got hit, luckily though my knee wasn't locked out or it might have broken my leg. My cat like reflexes failed me that time.- Drewtree

2 foot ascenders
I use a two handled hand ascender and a foot ascender, I'll hold onto the hand ascender while I advance my right foot up the rope, step up push the hand ascender up and advance the foot again, it's really fast for shorter ascents but can get taxing for longer stuff. Panties in the tree was rather mysterious. I have to say crane work was a blaaaaaast.. also finally getting a chance to work with you was top notch, you guys are a great crew and your crane operator is as cool as a cucumber.
