All of that stuff is public knowledge. He is not "finding" anything that we don't know or have access too. But he is lying about and getting away with it. He is also taking down the means by which we can know about it so when he is done we can't know when he is lying or not. Pretty much every claim he has made has been proven as an exaggeration, misrepresentation, or flat out lie.

Ok in your opinion where should the cuts start? And where should the gains go?
I’d start with the departments that have consistently failed audits and are the biggest ticket items.
