I voted for Biden and used to dispise Trump... When he continued the family separation polcieis at the border that were starterd under Obama/Biden, I swore I would never vote for him... While I must keep that promise to myself, and support Bobby for president, the way Jan 6 hearings were conducted by congress, and presented by the press chnaged my mind about Trump. All of a sudden I saw the fake news in action, and wondered if what we heard for the 4 years of his presidencey wasn't fake news as well. The hearings were nothing more than partisan political theatre. ANd beyond even politics, the ruling elites wouldn't go after him like that if he wasn't a threat...
And with diesel at $7/gallon, hyper-inflation, and interest rates going through the roof, I was none to happy with Biden. Then when he announced that vaxx mandates for federal employees and contractors, I swore would never vote democratic again. In looking at Biden's corruption and incometnce, one must ask.. who is really running this country?
And then the way the democratic DAs have gone after Trump has appauled me. IMO these political persecutions are much more of a threat to democracy than anything that happened on Jan 6.
the ONLY WAY to protect freedom, is to protect the freedoms of the people you disagree with and despise. Those that would cheer the prosecution of Trump just to see him go down, no matter how improper and politically motivated they are, and without care for the truth are begging for tyranny.
While Kissinger, Bush and Cheyney walk the earth as free men, they are in fact war criminals, repsonsible for the death and torture of hundreds of thousands of human beings. How do they get a pass, and then it's somehow good to prosecute Trump for supposedly inflating the value of his assets in loan applications for loans that have been paid in full to a bank that was happy to have the business? After looking into the details of these prosecutions, it becomes clear how they are just politically motivated attempts to keep Trump from running in 2024... That is a threat to democracy.
