Of course there is some truth to what you are saying.

How not bad are the visions of bombed hospitals and apartment buildings? Long lines of refugees.

Is someone going to show a phony video confession by a modern day 'Stanley Kubrick' claiming that all of the video we can see is just a movie set?

I wonder the same thing. Every. Single. Day.

In this case, my point was that as Westerners it’s hard to know exactly what is happening in Ukraine. For example, casualty numbers for each side are skewed depending on which outlet reports them. Individual battle successes and defeats likewise. I thought I was pretty clear about Putin: demented unforgivable monster.

But he remains a monster with nukes. Which means I have no desire to rush headlong into a war with him.
