I am really in for one.
I like the idea of having something anodized on them, but I don't know what.

You may do well getting a few extras... I don't know many places to find them. Come to meet ups with one or two to trade.

That's not a bad idea but who has $600-800, lying around for get togethers? More than likely me or the guy that just paid $625 for an Akimbo!

Okay, as soon as I get the cost from the FTC company manager, I'll post it and I'll also purchase the entire product lot and just ask for the items price with overseas shipping cost split by number of rings. Then I'll cover shipping in the states, I'm not sure how shipping to Canada is going to work but we can cross that bridge when and if someone from Canada wants any of them. That way no one is out anything until product is in hand. I hope this sounds fair to all.

Depending on the price I may be interested. I am not currently a die hard ring user, but I am getting interested in utilizing them more often. Some of us are slow converts...

That's an issue that everyone that wants to purchase them, needs to agree on, since we will have to pay more if we all want our own names on them. So starts the $1500 question. Which is what I'm prepared to front the manufacturing company. Everybody's going to have to post ideas and we'll all have to vote on 1.
 
I'm in for one, would like to know a price if at all possible... but I'm in for one. Nice job on all of this Dave. I vote for Tree buzz on them. After all, that's where we're all at, might as well give them some props. Everyone is going to be soooooo jealous
 
I have interest in a high-vis color. I know very little about metal working and finishing, but I know that at the end of anodizing they throw it into some dye.
I mean, black is cool, I'd just like something more oddball if it is agreeable and accomplishable. No color in particular.

Im taking a little something from all these posts having a little smoke and a droppin a dEus and buzzin all at the same time and all that comes to mind right now is Whamalamadingdong. :risas: just kidding, carry on , I won't care as Long as I can try to smear it off with big logs in rope .. lol

They are that color from being hard anodized. It's a super hard finish to combat wearing from friction. Also helps with oxidation. Comes in one color .... almost black.
