Qualifications
•Must be able to manually climb and operate a bucket truck (Minimum of 3-5 years work experience)
•Climbing experience required in all facets of tree care
oPruning
oRemovals
oRigging
oCabling
oCrane work
•MTCU/ISA certified arborist
•“D” License a must
•Stumper experience
•Leadership skills
•Health and safety knowledge
•Problem solving/trouble shooting skills on job site
•Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
•Basic computer skills
oWord processing
oExcel spreadsheets
Duties
•Perform tailboard meetings with crew on jobsite
•Supervising job site and crew
•Training of junior climbers
•Communicating with clients and conduct sales
•Liaise with office
