I have been wanting to go back to Hawaii, as we have family there but don't want to take time off. So if I could possibly schedule a week or so of work that would be great! I am a qualified climber; familiar with srt/ddrt, all sorts of rigging situations, and proficient at pruning. I follow all industry practices and standards.
I am also open to traveling to southern Maryland or Northern Virgina, as we also have family there. Basically, I'm looking for a working vacation -- half work, half vacation (mostly for my wife).
The goal is to 1: not take such a loss while traveling, and 2: make some lifetime connections.
I may not be covering everything you want to know so feel free to ask any questions to iron out a (work) trip
Also a side note, I am interested in making contacts for storm and emergency tree care work for the coming seasons. I am prepared to travel as an individual climber or with my crew to work for a company or as an independent contractor.
