Winter boots

Been here a while
What do you climbers in other frigid areas wear on your hooves in the winter? I have worn muck boots for years. They are awfully uncomfortable though. Been looking at baffins

In general or for the trees Mac? I love my Bogs (Muck boots different brand) for general slop. Redwing loggers with thinsolate for everything else. Merrils hiking boots with thinsolate if I am in the tree but not with hooks.

I use the husqvana rubber boots with felt liners. They have chainsaw protection also. I use them on the ground and arbpros for climbing. Very happy. I have some piece of mind when cutting in deep snow and may forget where my toes are. The arbpros lace to the toe so thick socks are easy to wear. And both boots don't cost and arm and a leg.

I use these:

I like them in spurs and can just get my Pfanner gladiators over the tops. Thick socks and I'm good to go. Great traction on the ground as well.
The only issue I found is that your feet will sweat (they are rubber boots after all) so at the end of the day, I will throw a boot dryer in them to dry them out for the next day.

The Merrill's I got started falling apart immediately. So I am going to try another cheapish boot made by kamik. If they fall apart too, I am going to bite the bullet and get a nice pair. Those salewas look good.
